Maker and video blogger Charles Hellebike posted an interesting guide on the design and manufacture of homemade Snap Circuits components.
Sap Circuits is a fun electronic designer by Elenco. The educational toy allows you to assemble various circuits completely without soldering: the individual components and wiring are supplied in the form of ready-made blocks attached to the board using snap buttons.
The designer comes in a variety of sets, but you can get enough of it only by laying out a tidy sum: the Snap Circuits Extreme set, for example, will cost about 25 thousand rubles, although sets that are simpler and more modest can cost one and a half to two thousand. The Russian analogue of the popular toy is the Znatok constructor, which is actually a copy of the original Snap Circuits, but with a more modest selection of components.
In his video tutorial, Charles talks about how you can design designer elements in Tinkercad, and then print on a 3D printer and assemble them using the usual button fasteners for clothes as fasteners.
