Dutch 3D printing company Felix Printers recently announced its latest product, the 3D printer Pro 1, which boasts auto-alignment, smart sensors and a removable work platform.
The new 3D printer is simple and easy to use. Thanks to the fully automatic calibration function, which regulates the movement of the nozzle and the working platform when printing, the user can be sure of the high quality of the received prints.
In addition, the 3D printer is equipped with a filament feed sensor - if a thread break occurs, the device pauses to allow the user to feed it into the extruder. Pro 1 has a removable platform to facilitate the user to manipulate an already printed object. The all-metal hot-ends of the machine are universal and suitable for printing with various materials (not just plastic).
The company offers “six guaranteed types of support” to those interested in purchasing Pro 1 users: a lifetime support service, regular updates, 1 year warranty, fast delivery, free UPS and a 14-day period for the possibility of returning goods. The company also plans to release several additions to the model, including a protective shell to completely cover the machine’s body, Wi-Fi plug-in and a 0.5 mm nozzle in addition to the installed 0.35 mm nozzle.
