At the same time, the technological process of creating a prosthesis does not change much. All work is now transferred to the printer - the doctor is required to properly scan the cavity into which the implant will be installed. Based on these data, special software will automatically simulate a perfectly accurate denture sample. After the dentist implants him, following the standard procedure.
In addition, 3D printing reduces the total number of errors and errors that invariably arise when creating a prosthesis to almost zero. Also, the use of three-dimensional printing technology reduces the number of patient visits to the doctor that may be required, in particular, for “fittings”.
