Taiwanese company Ackuretta Technologies presented the Ackuray A135 DLP printer and a set of eight engineering supplies.
Ackuray A135 allows you to print objects up to 135x76x200 mm in size with a pixel size of 70 microns. Z axis drive servomotors are controlled by a closed-loop system, which allows for accuracy of one micron.
The layer thickness varies from one to one hundred micrometers. The number of moving parts is minimized for increased reliability and ease of use. The 3D printer uses the Materialize Visualizer software, which provides convenience along with high precision and customization capabilities. The sale price of the Ackuray A135 is $ 18,900.
In parallel with the launch of the new professional 3D printer, Ackuretta announced eight photopolymer resins designed for the needs of the jewelry, dental, medical industries and industrial prototyping. This includes biocompatible materials and burnable resins for the manufacture of foundry models.
QuraDENT is an opaque photopolymer resin that gives matte surfaces and is ideal for the manufacture of dental models. QuraDENT allows you to achieve high detail and is recommended for use in dental practice, where high precision and surface quality are required.
QuraGP is a general-purpose resin that mimics standard ABS plastics and has similar characteristics in terms of heat resistance and strength. The degree of shrinkage in this case compares favorably to a smaller side. The material exhibits good chemical and impact resistance. QuraGP is great for printing neat, functional prototypes.
QuraCLEAR is a high transparency photopolymer. The material is well suited for the manufacture of surgical and dental templates, hydro- and gas-dynamic models and other prototypes with a visible internal structure.
QuraWAX provides smooth surfaces and a high wax content. The material is intended for the manufacture of waxes used in jewelry and dentistry.
